42 Double unders
21 Wallball shots, 9kg to 10ft (6kg to 9ft)
12 Alternating dumbbell ground to overhead, 30kg (22.5kg)

*Alternate stations with your partner.

Masters 50yrs+/ Teens = 25kg (17.5kg) DB
Masters 60yrs+ = Single unders/ 6kg to 10ft (4kg to 9ft)/ 20kg (12.5kg) DB
