Max reps, alternating dumbbell hang squat clean and jerk

Men: 22.5kg
Women: 15kg

Rx’d+ = 25kg (17.5kg) DB’s/ 6 DB facing burpees
Masters 50yrs+/ Teens = 20kg (12.5kg) DB’s/ 4 DB facing burpees
Masters 60yrs+ = 15kg (7kg) DB’s/ 3 DB facing burpees
