In teams of 2-3 complete the following,
Complete each section in any order – each for time/reps:
Section 1:
For time:
40 x 20m Sled track shuttle push – (up and back), 60kg (40kg)
-Keep the same rotation throughout. One sled per team.
Section 2:
For time:
Accumulate 5km of running
-All athletes work at same time.
Section 3:
As many reps as possible in 5mins:
Deadball ground to over the shoulder, 35kg (25kg)
-One ball per team, accumulate reps however between team members.
*Rest precisely 1min between each section.
Masters 60yrs+ = 40kg (30kg) Sled/ Accumulate 3km on running/ 25kg (15kg) Deadball
