Ascending ladder in 10mins:
50m Sandbag run
3 Sandbag sit-ups
3 Sandbag shoulder to overhead

*Increase Sandbag sit-up & shoulder to overhead reps by 3 reps each round.

Rest 5mins

At the 15:00 complete:
30-20-10 reps for time:

Sandbag facing burpees
Run 500m

Men: 25kg Sandbag
Women: 15kg Sandbag

Rx’d+ = 30kg (20kg) SB
Masters 60yrs+ = 25-15-5 Reps FT:/ Run 300m
