50m Dumbbell farmers carry
30 Dumbbell feet anchored sit-ups
Max reps, dumbbell cleans

Rest precisely 2mins between rounds.

Men: 22.5kg
Women: 15kg

Rx’d+ = 25kg (17.5kg)
Masters 50yrs+/ Teens = 20kg (12.5kg)/ 25 DB FA sit-ups
Masters 60yrs+ = 17.5kg (10kg)/ 15 DB FA sit-ups

Post total DB clean reps completed and options to comments.
