Individually or in pairs complete the following,

10-1 Reps for time:

Front squat, 60kg (42.5kg)
Bench press, 70kg (47.5kg)
Deadlift, 110kg (75kg)

Choose a different load for each movement. Only one athlete may work at any one time. Partition reps between pair however you please.

*Please work in with us with availability of equipment with this one. If we need you to buddy up and share barbells with other teams, please do so without hesitation. Thank you in advance 🙂
