10 Bent over barbell rows
10 Barbell push-ups

Rest 3mins

From 23:00-30:00 – Amcals:
Max calories, echo bike

-If working in pairs keep a 30sec change over on the bike and work round for round in the Amrap.
-One barbell and one bike if working as a pair.

Men: 60kg
Women: 42.5kg

Rx’d+ = 70kg (47.5kg)
Masters 50yrs+/ Teens = 52.5kg (35kg)
Masters 60yrs+ = 42.5kg (30kg)/ Barbell push-ups (knees)
