For time:
Row or ski 250 calories
Ath 1 : Row for calories
Ath 2: Max effort hold, (choose one – each)
Option 1: Handstand hold
Option 2: Ring support hold
*Athletes choose one “hold” option each – (they can NOT be the same). Every 10mins change “hold” option. As soon as hold option is broken athletes will change stations. Continue sequence until all calories are completed.
