Only weeks out until we complete the annual memorial WOD for “Chad”. If you are planning on completing the workout, please make the effort to come in. You will need to be super conditioned to be able to complete the workout in full on the day.

“Chad Prep #2”

EMOM for 40mins:

Odds: 20 Alternating box step-ups, 20″ box
Evens: 5 x 15m Shuttle runs, (3pts of contact)

Rx’d+ = Wear a 20kg (9kg) Weight vest.
Masters 50yrs+/ Teens = 16″ box/ 15reps + 4 shuttle runs
Masters 60yrs+ = 12″ box/ 10reps + 3 shuttle runs

*Intermediate: 30min EMOM/ 15reps + 4 shuttle runs
*Beginner: 20min EMOM/ 10reps + 3 shuttle runs

-Scale box step-up and shuttle run reps to a realistic, maintainable amount to complete the workout.
