“Texas Hold’em”

In pairs complete the following,

6 x 3min Rounds for reps – (18min clock):

1min: Plank hold/ Push-ups
1min: Wall sit hold/ Plyometric squats
1min: Handstand hold/ Hollow rocks

*One partner does the hold whilst the other completes max reps of movement. Swap after each 3min round. Reps can NOT be completed unless hold is being completed.

Post total team reps completed for each exercise to comments.
