Min 1: 10 Dumbbell front squats, (your choice)
Min 2: Run 200m
Min 3: 10 Alternating dumbbell lunges
Min 4: 20 Box step-ups, 20″
Min 5: Rest
Straight into
5min EMOM:
10 Weighted dumbbell box step-ups, (your choice)
OR
Option 2:
Individually or in pairs complete the following,
As many reps as possible in 35mins:
Box step-ups, 20″
*If you have a 20kg (14kg) weight vest, wear it.
Post completed rounds/ load used (1) OR reps completed (2) and options to comments.
