If working in a pair accumulate and partition reps however you please between team members.
Rx’d+ = 22.5kg (15kg) DB’s
Masters 50yrs+/ Teens = 17.5kg (10kg) DB’s
Masters 60yrs+ = 15kg (7kg) DB’s
