“The Runners Sled”
In teams of 2-4 complete the following,
On a 20min clock – for max reps:
Ath 1+2 – ODDS: 10m Sled push shuttle, 60kg (40kg)
Ath 3+4 – EVENS: 10m Shuttle sprint, (3pt contact)
*Each athlete must complete a 20m effort (up and back) – for each station before tagging in their partner.
Rx’d+ = 70kg (50kg)/ 9kg (6kg) Weight vest
Masters 50yrs+/ Teens = 50kg (30kg)
Masters 60yrs+ = 40kg (20kg)
Post total team reps for each exercise and options to comments.
