Only weeks out until we complete the annual memorial WOD for “Chad”. If you are planning on completing the workout, please make the effort to come in. You will need to be super conditioned to be able to complete the workout in full on the day.

“Chad Prep #1”

Individually or in pairs complete the following,

As many rounds as possible in 20mins:

50 Box step-ups
50 Walking lunges
100m Ruck

*If working in a pair partition reps however. Only one athlete may work at any one time.

Men: 20″/ 20kg
Women: 20″/ 9kg

Post rounds, reps completed and options to comments.
