“Basket Case”

In teams of 2-3 complete the following,

For time:
Partner 1:
50m Dumbbell farmers carry
5 Handstand push-ups
15 Dumbbell Hang power clean
20 Abmat sit-ups

Partner 2:
Max Echo bike calories

Partner 3:
Rest

Workout concludes when 300 (200) calories are reached on the bike. Athletes change when Partner 1 is finished with the 4 movements. Athletes rotate forward one station and must keep the same rotation. If there is only 2 athletes per team, exclude the rest station.

Men: 22.5kg DB
Women: 15kg DB

Rx’d+ = 25kg (17.5kg) DB
Masters 50yrs+/ Teens = 20kg (12.5kg) DB
Masters 60yrs+ = 17.5kg (10kg) DB/ Hand release push-ups
