75 Burpee pull-ups
150 Calorie bike
75 Sumo deadlift high pulls, 52.5kg (35kg)
150 Calorie ski
75 Inverted burpees

*Only one athlete can work at any one time. Partition reps however between team members.

Rx’d+ = 84kg (55kg) BP/ 60kg (42.5kg) SDHP
Masters 50yrs+/ Teens = 60kg (42.5kg) BP/ 42.5kg (30kg) SDHP
Masters 60yrs+ = 42.5kg (30kg) BP/ 30kg (20kg) SDHP
