Rest as required then,

At the 15:00 – (YGIG):
5 Rounds each for time:

30 Wallball shots, 9kg to 10ft (6kg to 9ft)

Masters 60yrs+ = 8 (5) Calorie bike/ 20 WBS, 6kg to 10ft (4kg to 9ft)

Post team time for each section and options to comments.
