Rx’d+ = 30″ (24″)/ 84kg (55kg)
Masters 50yrs+/ Teens = 20″ (16″)/ 60kg (42.5kg)/ Chest to bar pull-up
Masters 60yrs+ = 16″ (12″)/ 42.5kg (30kg)/ Jumping chest to bar pull-up (6″)
