Min 1: 20 Alternating jumping lunges
Min 2: 5 x 15m Shuttle runs

Rx’d+ = 22.5kg (15kg) DB’s
Masters 50yrs+/ Teens = 17.5kg (10kg) DB’s
Masters 60yrs+ = 10 reps each, 5 x shuttle runs each section/ 15kg (7kg) DB’s/ 16″ box
