As many rounds as possible in 20mins:
Run 200m
Max rep effort, toes to bar
Run 200m
Max rep effort, push-ups

*As soon as you either drop from the pull-up bar or you break your push-up momentum, your max rep effort is considered over and you will then head back out on your run. 25m increments will count on the run at the back end of the workout.

Rx’d+ = Strict toes to bar/ Deficit push-ups, 2 x 20kg (2 x 10kg) Alphafit plates
Masters 60yrs+/ Teens = Hanging knee raises/ Hand release push-ups

Post rounds, total reps for each exercise and options to comments.
