A) Every 2mins x 4rds:
5 Weighted turkish sit-ups
-Use any object you please for loading.
B) Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5mins of:
5 Deadball ground to over the shoulder
10 Alternating box step-ups
15 Decline box push-ups
Rest 2:30 after each 5-minute interval. Repeat for a total of 3 intervals.
Men: 35kg/ 20″
Women: 25kg/ 16″
Rx’d+ = 24″ (20″) box
Masters 50yrs+/ Teens = 16″ (12″) box
Masters 60yrs+ = 25kg (15kg) DBG2OS/ 12″ (8″) box
