15 Lateral burpees over the bar

Men: 60kg
Women: 42.5kg

Rx’d+ = 70kg (47.5kg)
Masters 50yrs+/ Teens = 52.5kg (35kg)
Masters 60yrs+ = 35kg (25kg)/ 8 Lateral barbell burpees
