Individually or in pairs complete the following,
7 Rounds for time:
7 Handstand push-ups
7 Thrusters, 60kg (42.5kg)
7 Knees to elbows
7 Deadlifts, 111kg (75kg)
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell swings, 32kg (24kg)
7 Pull-ups
*If working in pairs, alternate stations. Only one athlete may work at any one time.
