40 Partner burpees, (holding plank position)
20 Dumbbell devils press
*Only one partner working at a time. Partition reps however between pair.
Men: 22.5kg DB’s
Women: 15kg DB’s
Rx’d+ = 25kg (17.5kg) DB’s
Masters 50yrs+/ Teens = 20kg (12.5kg) DB’s
Masters 60yrs+ = 15kg (7kg) DB’s/ Hanging knee raises
