5,000m (3,500m) Echo bike
50 Wallball shots, 9kg to 10ft (6kg to 9ft)
30 Knees to elbows
*Only one athlete to work at any one time. Accumulate reps however between pair.
Rx’d+ = Strict knees to elbows
Masters 60yrs+ = 4,000m (3,000m) Echo bike calories/ (6kg to 10ft (4kg to 9ft) WBS/ Hanging knee raises
