Section 2.
For time:
Row 1km
40 Sit-ups
20 Burpees

Section 3.
For time:
Row 500m
30 Sit-ups
15 Burpees

*Rest as needed between each section.

Rx’d++ = GHD sit-ups – (strictly only experienced/ conditioned athletes)
Rx’d+ = Strict abmat sit-ups
Masters 60yrs+ = 40-30-20 Sit-ups/ 15-10-5 Burpees
