100m Dumbbell front-rack lunge

Men: 22.5kg
Women: 15kg

Rx’d+ = 25kg (17.5kg) DB’s
Masters 50yrs+/ Teens = 20kg (12.5kg) DB’s/ 100ft Handstand walk (2.5 x laps of sled track)/ 70m DB FR lunge
Masters 60yrs+ = 15kg (7kg) DB’s/ 100ft Bear crawl (2.5 x laps of sled track)/ 50m DB front rack lunge

Stimulus and Strategy:
Today’s workout is a longer-duration chipper and you should expect it to be a grind. Relax your grip on the rower so you’re ready for the farmers carry. For the handstand walk, chip away in manageable chunks of the distance. Work hard and have fun!
