7AM: CFGO WOD ONLY (HEATS STARTING @ 7.10AM & 7.35AM SHARP)

*THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE CFGO WOD. ARRIVE EARLY, WARM-UP AND BE READY TO START YOUR WORKOUT AT THESE TWO AVAILABLE TIMES. THE GYM WILL BE CLOSING AT 8AM SHARP.



“Grace Meets Cindy”

Individually or in pairs complete the following,

For time:

20 Clean and jerks, 70kg (47.5kg)
10 Rounds of “Cindy”
20 Clean and jerks, 60kg (42.5kg)
10 Rounds of “Cindy”
20 Clean and jerks, 52.5kg (35kg)

*Alternate rounds of “Cindy” with partner. Accumulate barbell reps however you please.

One round of “Cindy” = 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats

Rx’d+ = 84kg (55kg)/ 70kg (47.5kg)/ 60kg (42.5kg)
Masters 50yrs+/ Teens = 60kg (42.5kg)/ 52.5kg (35kg)/ 42.5kg (30kg)
Masters 60yrs+ = 52.5kg (35kg)/ 42.5kg (30kg)/ 35kg (25kg)/ 6 Rounds “Cindy” 5 Jumping pull-ups, 10 Knee push-ups, 15 air squats.
