FRIDAY’ SCHEDULE (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)!!
At this stage we will run with the following schedule for Friday mornings sessions.
Friday:
5am&6.15am: CF4551 Daily WOD
7.30-9am: CFGO WOD 25.2 – (should be released – U.S Timezones pending)
*NOTE: There will be NO Friday pm and Saturday classes at this stage. We are potentially looking at running CFGO WOD 25.2 as the daily WOD on Monday for all sessions. With only registered athletes needing a judge.
We understand that some people aren’t worried about the incoming weather event. Whilst we aren’t weather reporters and are aware of the mixed reports out there, we will always err on the side of caution for the safety of our members. The risk really isn’t worth it. Let’s hope it fizzles out and the commotion was all for nothing. If any calls need to be made due to changing circumstances, we won’t hesitate to make the call. Again, please check socials and the website if you plan on attending classes (this includes 5am and 6:15am tomorrow morning, as things may change/progress overnight). And if you don’t feel safe, stay at home peeps.

On the 12:00:
B) 5 rounds for time of – (10min cap):
5 deadlifts, 125kg (84kg)
10 bar-facing burpees
Rx’d+ = 135kg (93kg)
Masters 50yrs+/ Teens = 110kg (70kg)
Masters 60yrs+ = 84kg (55kg)
